  I would have a 0 star if possible.The worst experience ever. Never go to this place I was there to ask for a upgrade and the staff was reluctant to help and were asking me to wait for 15 min and were acting weird.

  Terrible. Went to return a Mophie, that did not take a charge, 9 Day later well within the 14 days Had the receipt, the credit card used, my drivers license, they refused to refund me, as there was no name on the receipt. What???? When you buy something from T-Mobile, tagert , sears a restaurant, no one puts you name on the receipt if you are buying, i did not finance it. They should have honored there policy and simply refunded my money to the card use to buy it.
